For event-specific contacts and rules, open these policies from the championship registration page.

Check before paying

Review the championship, organizer, payment recipient, currency, selected events, fee breakdown and total shown in the application and checkout. Event fees and organizer software subscriptions are separate purchases. If recipient details or event-specific cancellation conditions are unclear, contact the organizer before payment. Do not assume the gateway is the event organizer or that SCOREMAN itself receives all event fees.

Payment and entry status

Available methods depend on the organizer. Online payments are confirmed against the payment provider; a bank debit or return to this site alone does not establish success. Offline payments follow the organizer’s instructions and require its reconciliation. Application submission, entry approval and payment confirmation are separate. An unpaid application PDF is not a receipt.

Pending, failed or duplicate payments

If debited while the application remains pending, check the application status and contact the displayed event/payment contact with the application number, payment date, amount and transaction reference before retrying. Ask for reconciliation of each successful duplicate or incorrectly collected payment. Failed-payment reversals are handled through the provider and bank. Do not send banking secrets or full card details.

Withdrawals, rejection, cancellation and postponement

An athlete may request withdrawal through the organizer. Voluntary withdrawal, no-show, disqualification, ineligibility or entry rejection does not by itself determine the refund amount: the disclosed event terms, service actually supplied and applicable law determine the outcome. If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, contact the organizer for the remedy, refund or alternative available. An undisclosed blanket no-refund rule or this policy cannot remove mandatory rights. Any lawful deduction must be explained with reference to terms disclosed before payment; gateway fees are not automatically non-refundable.

Requesting a refund

Send the application or invoice reference, transaction reference, date, amount and reason to the organizer or payment recipient shown for that purchase. The recipient must review eligibility and explain its decision, approved amount, any deductions and expected initiation date. Request a written acknowledgement and follow up if overdue. Approved refunds should be returned through the original payment route where supported and legally appropriate; provider and bank credit times are separate. This policy does not invent a guaranteed processing period for every organizer. Applicable statutory or provider deadlines still apply.

Software plans and delivery

Organizer plans cover digital access for their stated period and feature allowance. Confirm seller, activation, expiry, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Following athlete events is free and is not an organizer subscription or recurring charge. Digital entry confirmation is supplied after submission, payment status after reconciliation, and participation depends on event approval. There is no physical shipping unless a separate purchase expressly says so.

Your remedies

Contact the payment recipient for refund decisions and platform support for technical payment-status problems. Keep receipts and correspondence. Nothing prevents lawful bank, gateway, consumer-forum or regulatory complaints or removes remedies for services not supplied as required by law.
