Participation and safety

Sport involves risk of injury. Follow the organizer’s safety instructions, equipment rules and venue requirements; seek appropriate medical advice about fitness to participate. SCOREMAN supplies software and does not assess medical fitness or supervise an event unless expressly identified as its organizer. This notice is not a blanket release of negligence or other non-excludable liability.

Results and RED PANEL

Results reflect the organizer’s published data and may change following verification, protests or corrections. RED PANEL compares eligible published final performances from participating approved sources. It is not an official national or state ranking, ratified record, talent-selection decision or guarantee of comparability across venues and conditions. Names alone are not merged as verified athlete identities. Use source result links for confirmation; connected snapshots may take up to five minutes to expire.

Automated checks and third parties

Eligibility calculations, federation imports, OCR, QR extraction and payment status tools assist administration and may require review. An imported document does not guarantee its authenticity or acceptance by a federation. Federation references do not imply endorsement. Third-party websites and gateways apply their own terms.

Availability and corrections

Network, hosting and provider interruptions can delay updates. Use the organizer’s official race-day instructions for reporting and start times. Report a wrong sporting result to its organizer; report privacy or software concerns to installation support. No statement here limits rights or liability that applicable law protects.
